About Rhythm Horizon

Rhythm Horizon is a PC rhythm game where players must hit notes in sync with music, and are scored based on timing accuracy. It can be played with a keyboard, or any controller that can be set up as a joystick (although we highly recommend the Impulse Platform once it is available). The game uses 9 inputs per player, represented as 8 directions plus center, with some charts using only subsets of those 9.

Rhythm Horizon is currently in its BETA. This means that we’re making it publicly available, but at this time it is more game engine than game. The beta is intended primarily for people who are already familiar with rhythm games of this type to help provide us with feedback as we continue development. We have not yet put together an introductory experience for players who are new to this kind of rhythm game.
